Experience

I earned a Certificate in Indexing Theory & Application from the University of California at Berkeley and am a member of the American Society of Indexers and the American Library Association.

I have over 25 years of experience as a professional librarian, working in public, academic and corporate libraries. As a reference librarian, my subject expertise was in business, political science and sociology. As a manager and consultant, I have experience in strategic planning, human resources, non-profit management, marketing, and training.

My education includes undergraduate degrees in political science and sociology, graduate degrees in management and library science, and graduate work in higher education administration.
